ABOUT OUR SCHOOL
Our Benedictine Spirituality
The St. Austin School is a Pre-K through 8th grade school devoted to a classical academic program in the Catholic tradition. At The St. Austin School, parents know their children are in a loving and nurturing environment where experienced and dedicated teachers work to instill in each child a love for learning and the skills of critical thinking and careful reading. A strong academic tradition that includes Latin, Spanish, music, art and physical education prepares the students to succeed and excel in secondary schools of the highest caliber. Small class sizes enable teachers to know their students as individuals and to maximize their inherent gifts.
School Mass Homilies
Catholic Radio broadcasted a short clip featuring St. Austin students sharing profiles of historical figures they had studied in Mrs. Lonigro's class.
Mrs. McCabe's Fourth Grade class recently presented "Rosary Facts" to the radio audience.
And our Second Grade class spoke on Catholic radio about the Sacrament of Confession.
